Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Maranda 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

Ask.Vet licensed veterinarians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for live online chats with pet owners from their mobile device or computer. There is an affordable $19.99 fee per session for this optional service through ClueJay.com. An average online chat session with a Ask.Vet licensed veterinarian lasts 15-20 minutes.

Maranda partners with Ask.Vet to provide pet-specific veterinary advice for both selecting and interpreting ClueJay pet tests. Pet owners have the option to share one or more ClueJay pet test reports with the virtual veterinarian when initiating a Ask.Vet chat session through ClueJay.com.
“Help prescribe medication?”
Veterinary telehealth laws can vary by each state and more recently, have been influenced by the COVID-19 national health crises. Virtual veterinarians can at least give advice on treatment options, both over the counter (OTC) and prescription, but may not be allowed to prescribe a pharmacy medication in all states.

All ClueJay pet tests include FREE return shipping to the laboratory. Each test kit includes the return packaging materials and return transport instructions for the appropriate shipping service. The standard return shipping method for ClueJay Stool Tests is USPS First Class at no additional charge from anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Transit times vary based on distance from customer to Maranda Vet Labs (MVL), Denver, Colorado. Assume 1-3 business days for USPS First Class within continental U.S.
ClueJay Dog or Cat Stool Tests Level 1, 2, or 3 can be mailed to the lab Monday through Saturday.
Need a ClueJay pet test result FASTER?
Sample processing begins same day it arrives at the lab. Pet owners can optionally choose expedited return transport to the laboratory using the shipping carrier of their choice (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) at their own expense. MVL processes and tests pet samples Mon-Sat with only major holiday exceptions.
If a pet needs a test as soon as possible (ASAP), then please get the pet or sample to the local veterinarian right away.
The 6 digit test activation code is found on a white sticker with black type on the side of the purple test box. This code is unique to each test kit and when activated online, digitally links the pet, pet owner, and sample(s) together and tells the laboratory which tests to run. This test activation opens specific data entry fields in the pet’s digital report for the laboratory technicians to record test results.
ClueJay pet tests ordered by pet owners directly from ClueJay.com are assembled, fulfilled, and shipped on the next business day from Maranda Fulfillment Center, Moonachie, NJ. ClueJay pet tests will ship to addresses with Post Office (PO) Boxes.

That’s correct. ClueJay Veterinary Lab Tests From Home are DIY (Do-It-Yourself). A veterinary exam, prescription, consultation, or relationship is NOT required to purchase the test, submit a sample, or get results. Pet owners are not asked to provide the name of a veterinarian or veterinary practice and are not required to share the results with a vet. The easy-to-understand online test results are provided back to the pet owner directly and privately.
Maranda LLC is a strong advocate of testing through and under the guidance of veterinarians. However, we also believe that some of these authentic, professional tests should be more accessible online and in pet retail stores, through pet service providers like kennels, day cares, groomers, and trainers, and at animal shelters and rescues.
