Create/Edit Account?

Create an account anytime at ClueJay.com. First Sign In (top menu bar) to create a username and password, then fill out required information. We collect the least amount of Personal Information necessary to provide the ClueJay service. Then add a pet (or multiple pets) and/or activate a test.

An account must be set up in order to activate a test. Having trouble? Chat with customer support at ClueJay.com during normal business hours, email hello@cluejay.com, or call 1-833-PET-TEST (1-833-738-8378).

Note that any personally identifiable information provided is subject to the ClueJay Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of and incorporated into the ClueJay Terms & Conditions.

Forgot/Lost Password?

Forgot your password? It happens to all of us. There is an option to reset password at the Sign In. If this doesn’t work, let us help. Chat with customer support at ClueJay.com during normal business hours, email hello@cluejay.com, or call 1-833-PET-TEST (1-833-738-8378).

Delete Account?

While we don’t want anyone to go, we will respectfully honor a request to delete Personal Information. Please submit request to hello@cluejay.com, or call 1-833-PET-TEST (1-833-738-8378). If there is something we didn’t do well, please don’t hesitate to share so we can learn from the experience and maybe help make it right.
