ClueJay pet tests ordered by pet owners directly from ClueJay.com are assembled, fulfilled, and shipped on the next business day from ClueJay Fulfillment Center, Moonachie, NJ. ClueJay pet tests will ship to addresses with Post Office (PO) Boxes.

Standard shipping method is USPS First Class at no additional charge (FREE) to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Transit times vary based on distance to customer from New Jersey. Assume 1-3 business days for USPS First Class within the continental U.S.

EXPEDITED shipping is available at ClueJay.com checkout for an additional fee. Expedited orders (USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express) placed before 10:30 a.m. EST get fulfilled and shipped on the same business day, or the next business day if placed after 10:30 a.m. EST.

Need a ClueJay pet test FASTER?
Consider purchasing the ClueJay pet test from a nearby pet store or pet service provider (e.g., kennels, daycares, groomers, and trainers), or online retailer (e.g., Amazon) with potentially faster transit time. If a pet needs a test as soon as possible (ASAP), then please get the pet or sample to the local  veterinarian right away.

ClueJay pet tests ordered by Authorized Pet Service Providers directly from ClueJay.com are fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days from ClueJay Fulfillment Center, Moonachie, NJ. ClueJay pet tests will ship to addresses with Post Office (PO) Boxes.

Standard shipping method is USPS Priority at no additional charge (FREE) to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Transit times vary based on distance to customer from New Jersey. Assume 1-3 business days for USPS Priority within the continental U.S.

ClueJay pet tests are sold to Authorized Pet Service Providers in these minimum order quantities (MOQ):

  • single SKU case of 5 tests with 1 display tray (hang tags attached)
  • single SKU case of 5 tests w/out display tray (no hang tags)
  • single SKU case of 10 tests with 2 display trays (hang tags attached)
  • single SKU case of 10 tests w/out display trays (no hang tags)

IMPORTANT information:

  • ClueJay test kits are sold only to Authorized Sellers and cannot be resold to 3rd party resellers.
  • ClueJay lab fee is paid by end-user (pet owner) at Cluejay.com and not paid through Authorized Sellers.

Refund Or Replacement?

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: At ClueJay, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a ClueJay product, including a ClueJay-branded veterinary testing product, that you purchased from ClueJay or one of ClueJay’s authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the ClueJay 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser. Please also note that this Guarantee applies to ClueJay products, and not to laboratory or other ancillary services you may purchase separately from or in addition to a ClueJay product.

Claim The Guarantee: If you are unable to return your product to the retailer from whom it was purchased, please call or email one of our experts at 1-833-PET-TEST (1-833-738-8378) or hello@cluejay.com to submit a Guarantee request. Please include or have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your product, receipt or other proof of purchase, and your Guarantee approval confirmation number to ClueJay, 2221 E. Arapahoe Rd #2949, Centennial, CO 80161. You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

Satisfaction Guarantee Guidelines: ClueJay reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the customer has abused the ClueJay 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
